Grievance Cell

If something has gone wrong, we would rather hear it than not. This page sets out exactly how to raise a complaint, who handles it, and how long each stage takes — in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

01

Customer Support

Start here for anything about an order — a delay, a wrong size, a damaged parcel or a refund that has not arrived. Write to info@akicloset.com quoting your order reference. Most issues are settled at this stage.

Acknowledged within 24 hours
02

Grievance Officer

If support has not resolved it, or you are unhappy with the outcome, escalate in writing to the Grievance Officer named below. Include your order reference, what was already discussed and what resolution you are seeking.

03

External Redress

If you remain dissatisfied after our internal process, you may approach the National Consumer Helpline, a Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, or — for data-protection matters — the Data Protection Board of India.

External redress

National Consumer Helpline — dial 1915, or file a complaint at consumerhelpline.gov.in. The helpline operates in multiple Indian languages.

Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission — you may file at the District, State or National Commission depending on the value of the claim, including online at edaakhil.nic.in.

Data Protection Board of India — for complaints about how your personal data has been handled, after first raising them with our Grievance Officer. See our Privacy Policy for your rights as a Data Principal under the DPDP Act, 2023.

Raising a complaint with us does not affect your statutory rights, and nothing on this page limits any remedy available to you under Indian law.
