All measurements below are body measurements in inches, not garment measurements. Individual pieces carry their own finished measurements in the Details panel on the product page — always check those too, because a relaxed shirt and a fitted one in the same size will measure differently.
Measure over your underwear, keeping the tape level and snug but not tight.

Run the tape around the fullest part, under the arms and across the shoulder blades. Keep it parallel to the floor and breathe normally.
Find the natural waist — the narrowest point, usually just above the navel. Do not pull the tape tight, and do not hold your breath.
Measure around the fullest part of the hips and seat, roughly eight inches below the natural waist, with your feet together.
Measure from the crotch seam down the inside of the leg to where you want the hem to sit, ideally in the shoes you plan to wear.
